Over the years I moved from classrooms to global organizations — designing programmes for the International Committee of the Red Cross, training teachers for the British Council, building environmental education for WWF.
Somewhere along the way I noticed a pattern: most organizations invest in training events people forget by Friday. Not because the content is bad — but because it's disconnected from real work. I went independent to fix that.
